Sudrid grew up in a small town near Fyranthas. His father died from a magical curse when he was young, leaving his mother to care for him.When he was 13, his magical abilities manifested. He was attuned to the element of fire, just like his deceased father. He learned to master his element quickly, and at such a young age.When he was 22, he started secretly participating in the illegal fighting ring, in the city of Fyranthas. He did this in order to help his aging mother. With his fire magic, he was a natural competitor. He kept winning rounds after rounds, gaining the attention of the wrong people. One night, a group of men from the fighting ring followed him home, angry that they lost. They murdered his mother and beat Sudrid up, leaving him critically injured in the processA Goddess heard his prayers.. She came to him like a shining ray of moonlight. She healed his wounds and blessed him with godlike strength. The Goddess spoke to him as she departed, “Let justice be served..” She left as quickly as she appeared, allowing him to seek vengeance on the men that killed his mother.After that night, he packed his belongings and moved to the city of Fyranthas. He became a bounty hunter, hunting criminals and seeking justice for those who have been wronged, just like he was.

Background
Salosia grew up in a time where Lamia were common. Her tribe were among the strongest and fiercest Lamia in the region. Mythical creatures were the strongest, and were able to roam freely throughout Altaria. As mages grew into their power, they began hunting mythical creatures for their magical items. Lamia skin possesses different poison resistances and their saliva possess pheromones - that many mages used in spells and rituals. Mages knew that Lamia are weak to the cold and often used their ice magic to take them down effortlessly. Salosia lost her family, her tribe to Mages. Now she’s alone, the last of the lamia.. isolated from the rest of the world. Forced to live in solitude in fear that she too, will be hunted.
